Peanut Butter Protein Balls

My hubby heard about protein balls and requested me to make them. I found a recipe and simplifies it so  that only used 4 ingredients to make them and we tried them out. They came out good and they were super simple.

Peanut Butter Protein Balls

  •  1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 ¼ cup –or @ 4-5 scoops of protein powder ( I used chocolate)
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Splenda

Combine all items and mix well. Add Splenda to taste. You want a drier texture so that it can roll into balls and stick without falling apart or being too soft and sticky.

I store mine in the freezer to keep them more solid. If on softer side you can roll in extra protein or a tiny bit of flour to help keep from sticking.
