I found this recipe a few years ago in a Kraftfoods magazine. It is very simple and super delicious. It uses one of my favorite ingredients. Stove Top Stuffing!

“The Best Meatballs”

From Kraftfoods Magazine… I think Fall 2009 issue.

2 lbs Ground beef
1 pkg (6 oz) Stove Top stuffing mix
1 1/4 cup water
2 eggs

1. Heat oven to 400. Line 2 pans with foil and spray with cooking spray. Mix ingredients until blended and shape into balls. about 1 1/2 inch about 1/4 cup for each.

2. Place meatballs on prepared pans and bake for 16 – 18 minutes or until cooked completely. Or I prepare them in a crock pot with a jar or two of spaghetti sauce and cook for 6-8 hours on low. They are super tender and delicious.

3. Add any sauce you prefer. They also make fantastic meat ball parm. sandwiches.
