Roasted Garlic

I have always wanted to try and make my own roasted garlic. So I finally did and it was super easy. Try it yourself!

Roasted Garlic

Garlic .. as many heads as you want  I used only 1.

Olive oil

Aluminum foil

Directions:

Cut the top of the garlic off to expose cloves. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap in foil.

Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.

Let cook and  then pop out of shell. Enjoy on bread or in mashed potatoes. I used it in my hummus.
