Bruschetta

 This is a family favorite! I enjoy making this and having it with toasted bread, tortilla chips or anything crunchy.  It is super simple and delicious!

Bruschetta

2-3 tomatoes

1/2 small onion

@ 1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

 Directions

1. Dice the tomatoes and onions

2. Place in a bowl together, add olive oil and mix.

3. If you plan on eating right away add salt and pepper to taste.

If you plan on having it later you can add the pepper and let it sit in the fridge until ready to eat. Than add salt, otherwise it will become too watery.

It does taste really good if you let it sit a bit to marinate.

This is fantastic in the summer!
