100% Whole Wheat White Pizza

A little while ago I started using my “Healthy Bread in Five Minutes a Day” Book  I have made tha Master Recipe and now the 100% Whole Wheat bread. I like the 100% whole wheat dough just a bit better. All the dough is fantastic and so simple to use. I recommend their site Artisan Bread in Five

Yesterday I decided to make white pizza with the dough.

White Pizza

Large piece of dough ( to fit your baking stone or sheet)

1 tbsp oil

1 small clove of garlic, minced

1 – 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup ricotta cheese ( I used fat-free)

2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

 .

Directions:

Preheat over to 450. If using baking stone pre-heat for 30 minutes.

Form dough into pizza shape. Using flour and corn meal to keep from sticking. Once oven is pre-heated, place dough on stone and pre-bake 5 minutes.

While pre-baking, mix minced garlic with oil and let sit.

Open oven and pull out rack with baking stone. Spread the garlic oil on the crust. Top with ricotta cheese,  mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.

Bake for @ 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from oven. I just took out the whole stone. Cut and enjoy!

You can add tomatoes, mushrooms or any other veggies for a healthier option.
