Easy Cabbage

I really was craving some cabbage yesterday so after going shopping I made this very simple cabbage side dish and everyone loved it.

Easy Cabbage

1/2 head of cabbage (Or any amount that will fit in your pan)

 carrots (1/2 – 1 cup)

1 tbsp oil

1-2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

1.Shredded cabbage and carrots

2. Heat pan on med/high heat, add oil. I also spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

3. Add cabbage to heated pan and let cook for @5 minutes until cabbage on the bottom is getting slightly brown. Mix and keep cooking until all the cabbage is soft. Taste test to your desired doneness.

4. Add soy sauce and stir to distribute evenly. Take off heat and enjoy.

I enjoyed it fresh and it is just as good the next day and healthy too.
