Finding easy meals to make for a picky 2 year old is hard. While searching for something different, I stumbled across an interesting recipe for Crunchy Tuna Bites (Here is the original post) and adapted it to better suit my little one.

Easy Tuna Bites

This makes @ 10-12 bites

1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained (I used chunk)

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 egg

onion powder

garlic powder

salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375. Mix everything together in a bowl. Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Also spray the balls with cooking spray. Bake for @ 15 minutes. Cool slightly and Enjoy!

Great as part of a meal, an appetizer, or just a snack.

These came out really great and even my picky boy ate some.
