BBQ Chicken Fajitas

I received a fancy bottle of BBQ sauce ( Ancho Chili Barbeque Sauce by Kent Rathbun) and couldn’t wait to try it out.

It did not disappoint! I decided to make BBQ chicken and use my homemade tortillas.

BBQ Chicken Fajita

(Makes dinner for 1)

1 chicken breast ( I cut mine in half to make it thinner)
BBQ sauce
2 small tortillas or 1 large
1/2 large red pepper ( sliced length wise)

Directions:

1. Marinate the chicken in some BBQ sauce for 10 – 30 minutes.

2. Cook the chicken on the grill or on a pan until cooked through.

3. Saute peppers until they brown and soften up slightly.

4. Warm up tortilla slightly add chicken a little extra BBQ sauce and red peppers.

5. Enjoy!!!

 This was delicious and the spicy kick of the sauce was perfect with the chicken and peppers.
